Does it cost anything to join our Agency?

NO. We do not charge talent to work with us. The agency is entitled to its customary agency commissions from model/talent bookings and that's it.

What is AgencyPro?

AgencyPro is a software company. We at Paradym Group are using their software to run our talent database to make our business run more smoothly.

How do you utilize AgencyPro to run your office?

Paradym is now maintaining our talent files online. It is the easiest way to keep our files up to date as well as submit talent to our clients for potential jobs.

There are 2 parts to the AgencyPro Software. The 1st part is our in-house database. Everyone who submits their information to Paradym Group is now stored in our in-house database. Each talent receives their own FREE online profile, consisting of 2 headshots and personalized resume. These can be easily updated by each talent from their own home without the hassle of having to mail or phone in updated information which can easily be lost or transcribed improperly.

This database is what we will be utilizing to contact talent for upcoming jobs and promo work, so it is important to make sure your information stays current. Your information in this in-house electronic database will only be accessible to you and our staff.

The 2nd part of the AgencyPro database is the option to go “Active”. This gives talent the choice to make their online headshot/pictures and resume accessible to our clients directly. If clients wish to screen talent themselves or cast directly from the database they can do so only with talent that choose to become “Active”.

Clients would utilize this if they wanted to pre-select talent for their audition, cast talent directly from their headshot/picture or hire you for promotional work. Talent with activated profiles will have their own professional website that they can personally use to market themselves. In addition, those who activate can have up to 20 pictures, VO demos, and video clips on their personalized website.

No one is required to go Active in order to be on file with us. Being active is a personal decision to invest in the marketing opportunities the software offers. Active or not, you are still in our electronic in-house database where Paradym Group staff can access your information and submit you for upcoming work.

Again, it is your responsibility to make sure that all of your information in the database is current and updated regularly.

How do I submit my headshot/pictures to your agency?

You will need to login or create a new portfolio through our AgencyPro powered database software program. Once you are approved you will then be visible and contacted through the database for upcoming jobs or promotions.

How do I get contacted for promo work?

You will need to login or create a new portfolio through our AgencyPro powered database software program. Once you are approved you will alerted by email of upcoming promo work in your area.

Do I still need to register with you if I already have an AgencyPro account with another casting company or agent?

YES! Each AgencyPro database is private. If you wish to be considered for my projects you must have at least the free basic account in my system so I can locate you in my searches!

What if I am having problems with my website?

Is there an additional cost for audio or video?

Yes, there is a one-time fee of $40/slot to activate a slot and then the slot is available for uploading for the lifetime of your account with no additional costs for switching out audio or video. All transactions go to AgencyPro Software directly.

Why do I have to type in my resume instead of uploading?

You type in your resume information so that it is all keyword searchable for me and it looks professional in my template and I can easily locate the information by the organized sections. If you have a word document you can copy/paste or drag and drop each field entry. How can I book a Talent or Model?

You just need to click on the “Request for Proposal” button. You will then need to specify your company’s needs and preferences, and we will contact you back within 24 hours.
